CrossFit ATR – Barbell Club

This Sunday we will start training for the American Open Series 3 in Vegas! The program will last 8 weeks leading to it. Today, we will be doing movements you will see in the program, so today will be a tester/refresher for these movements. If you’re competing in Vegas, please come. If you cannot make it, be sure to see me so we can go over the priorities and points of performance for these movements.

Muscle Snatch (3×3 @ 40-45%)

12 minutes

High Hang Snatch High Pull + Below Knee Snatch (2×2+1 @ 50%, 2×2+1 @ 55%, 2×2+1 @ 60%)

15 minutes

Jerks Dips (5×3 @ 85% of jerk)

16 minutes

Bar must clear over eye level every rep

Jerk Recovery (Build to 80% for a single)

No time limit. Must use beater bars and be careful in lowering it back to the rack.
