Choose your DU number wisely, but keep in the same ratio. Ideally, we’re looking for 100 DU to be done in 2 minutes or less.

If you’re still trying to get DU, do 25-20-15-10-5 with attempts counting as reps. Single Unders will be reserved for those who have a physical ailment that prohibits DU.
