This must be cycled to the floor (touch-n-go) and will help to chain up reps for Grace.

30 Clean and Jerks, 135# / 95#
Make sure to use a weight that you can touch-n-go for at least 5 and it LOOKS CLEAN! Weight should be 70% or less of your HS from earlier.
