Snatch (8×1 @ 92+%)

Every 2 minutes, together. This will be your opener if you make 7/8 or more. This is provided that you hit 90+% for a double 2 weeks ago. Otherwise, use 88-90%.

Clean and Jerk (5×1 @ 90+%)

Every 3 minutes, together. This will be your opener if you make 4/5 or more. This is provided that you hit 90+% for a double 2 weeks ago. Otherwise, use 88-90%.

Front Squat (Build to Heavy Single)

then 3×3 @ 85% of Heavy Single

RDL (1×5 @ 100% Clean)

Romanian Deadlifts
