5 Rounds of:

3 minutes of Rope Climbs (15ft.)

2 minutes of Air Squats

2 minutes of Pushups

3 minutes to run 400m
Score is total reps. The 400m Run does not count as any reps, but failure to complete it boots you out of subsequent rounds.
