A handful of us are going to Reno for the American Open Series. This will be a testing week of many accessory movements and next week will begin a new program.

Power Snatch (Build to 1RM)

15 minutes

Snatch Balance (Build to 1RM)

Build up every 2 minutes over 10 sets. 3 strike policy in effect.

Hang Clean (1 every 2 minutes for 8 sets)

1st minute: 50%

2nd minute: 55%

3rd minute: 60%

4th minute: 65%

5th minute: 70%

6th minute: 75%

7th minute: 80%

8th minute: 85%

Push Press (Build to 1RM)

15 minutes
