The ladder will ascend every 3-minutes until the athlete can not complete the ladder.
Judge/Athlete duos are back this week! If a coach catches a judge that gives a rep when it should have been a no-rep, said judge will have 10 burpees post WOD.

**If you fail to complete the first or second 3 minute workload, you will reset and complete the 10/10 or 12/12 sequence again, for a minimum of 9 minutes of work. Your score is still your “Rx” score, we just don’t want you leaving without a good workout.
