Hit 3×3 at 85% of our single. You’ll have 20 minutes to complete all of this. If you have time left over, hit more sets of triples.
Split Jerk (5×2 @ 75%)
Technique work, every 2 minutes together.
GHD Lat Sweeps (3×10 + 0:15 Hold)
0:10 Hold if it’s your first time.
