Darlene and I are in New Orleans for JP and Sebas’ competition at University Nationals on Saturday! Be sure to keep an eye out for them. Sebas (-77C) will compete at 11:30am CST / 9:30am PST and JP (-85B) competes at 4:00pm CST / 2:00pm PST.

Snatch Balance (Build to 85%)

Done together, every 2 minutes over 6 sets

Front Squat (Build to 80%)

Done together, every 2 minutes over 7 sets.

Push Press (5×2 @ 85%)

If you do not have a 1RM, a coach will give you a working weight.

GHD Lat Sweeps (3×10 + 0:12 Hold on last rep)

Empty Bar. If you’ve never done these, hold for 0:10 on last rep.
