Snatch (Build to Opener)
Opener is ~90-95%. The clock will beep every 2 minutes. You will warmup to the tune of the clock.
Clean and Jerk (Build to Opener)
10 minute break after Snatches before we touch the bar for clean and jerk. This will run in the same fashion.
Front Squat (Build to a Heavy Single)
Aim for 95%+
Snatch Pull (5×3 @ Opening Weight)
Opening weight should be ~90-95%
