CrossFit ATR – Barbell Club
Prepare for weigh-ins and know your openers… in kilos! Women start at 10:45am and Men will start after the women finish. I will not be ‘competing’ in this one. I want to be letting you know what weights you should be hitting in your warmup and when to hit them. This is our last meet before the comp.
Please come on time and stay as long as you can. We need everyone’s effort to help load plates, judge, count cards, etc. Thanks!
