Snatch Balance (Build to a Heavy Single in 12 minutes)

Minimum of 7 sets

High-Hang Snatch (EMOM x 10)

Increase weight as form permits

Hang Snatch (EMOM x 8)

All 8 minutes your weight remains the same- 90% of your heaviest High Hang Snatch from earlier.

Split Jerk (5×2 @ 75-85%)

All five sets must be between this range. Go by feel.

1.5 Front Squat (Build to your heaviest triple)

Prepare for the burn.
